This unique «one and only» development was built in a panoramic and permanently unobstructed location in the immediate vicinity of Lake Zurich. The single-family house and four condominiums were carefully embedded into the hillside, where they combine to form a singular ensemble.

Abundant glass, elegantly curved terraces and a natural appearance characterised by amorphous shapes and a colour scheme in natural tones lend individuality to this attractive new structure. Its subtle, quiet tones provide the building with its distinctive character and make it unmistakable among many.
