This duplex house is surrounded by forest greenery. The old trees lend a rural character to the property, which is situated in the Zurich municipality of Kilchberg. Constructed in 1934, the residence was originally designed as a single-family home and later converted into flats in the 1980s. In 2021, a complete rebuild including addition of another storey was carried out. The wood façade gives the building a completely new and extremely modern character.
